[IBL] IBL 2024 Carded Players Spreadsheet

 I've created the 2024 Carded Players spreadsheet and it is available from
this Dropbox link:

The spreadsheet has four worksheets:
Carded Batters (585 players)
Carded Pitchers (550 players)
Free Agent Batters (193 players)
Free Agent Pitchers (220 players)

Anyone in the Free Agent Batters or Free Agent Pitchers sheet is draft
eligible.
However, three players have already been selected (CIN DeLaCruz, MIA Perez,
STL Walker).

Please look over the spreadsheet and let me know if you find any issues or
have any questions.
This year it includes all batters with at least 30 PA (which now includes
all PA, not just AB+BB), and all pitchers with at least 20 IP.
