[IBL] EVE #1 - Considerations

Hello,

EVE is on the clock. We are hoping to do a little homework and make a
pick possibly tomorrow evening or Thursday. Our front office took some
time away from baseball and need to reorganize.

We are considering moving down in the draft should anyone has a
proposal to offer.

We hope not to take too long before moving forward.
