[IBL] chart fix, another upload

Cards are off to Sean, and I, like Mike, had a positive experience with
FedEx Office.

I have my set and Sean, I have to thank you again for the IBL sort.  Out of
curiosity, I timed putting together the batters for BAL and for BOW.  Less
than 60 seconds per team!  Sorting should come in at/under about 2 minutes
per team counting pitchers.  At least compared to my pace in past years, it
is a godsend.
