[IBL] chart fix, another upload

Thanks Rusty. Sean knows how enthused I was about it and how grateful I am
to him taking extra time to print via the IBL team coding. I have not been
at IBL nearly as long as many of you, but from back when the kids I coached
sorted 10 or so sets for that Cooperstown fundraiser, through manually
creating a sorting spreadsheet last year, I have never found a way to make
the sorting task much less-timing consuming and demanding on my aging
back. Thought this approach might work.
If I was one who signaled excitement and gratitude with all caps, I'd be
thanking Sean here in all-capped, bolded, 48-point font. :)
Thanks again Sean for this one millionith thing you did to make the
experience better. I hope it benefits others so it wasn't mostly just for
me.
