[IBL] Cards are final

Okay, Sean has made his final planned fixes to the cards and charts.  I'm
declaring the card set final, so feel free to print them.

As has been mentioned before, with various businesses closed, it may be
difficult to find somewhere that will print cards.  If you are able to find
a place that can print multiple orders, especially if they can ship them,
please pass along the info and/or see if you can print any sets for other
people who are unable.

Also, it's possible to play games using the PDF files on your computer
instead of printed cards.  Some people have played entire seasons that way,
although that would eventually drive me nuts.  But it's something you can
do if you are unable to get printed cards for a while.

Week 1 is due Monday, March 30.  There is one more transaction deadline on
Tuesday night, March 24, before the season starts, so March 25 is the
"official" opening day.  You can start earlier if you and your opponent are
not making any transactions that will change your active roster.

A couple of people have already told me they may have trouble playing the
first week or two.  That's fine, but let us know in advance so we can make
arrangements for someone to play the games for you.

Also, please remember to upload a default MIS to Dropbox.
