[IBL] chart fix, another upload

That was a good idea to have a version with cards sorted by IBL team.

If anyone can't get cards printed for a while, a temporary workaround is
printing your own team's cards on your home printer.  Using the sorted
PDF's, you would only have to print a few pages.
