(Yes, I was just as shocked as the attendees that we had a roll-off for the first overall pick given how low the target number was).

MAD is looking to retool their team a little going into 2019. I have already decided what two players I would be happy to take at 1-2, so that pick will not be traded.

So what is MAD trying to do? We have some surplus PA's at a few positions and would like to clear some space.

So I need to clear some space. I wish to move the following players in order of how expensive they will be.

OAK Davis (allows PHI Hoskins to be my DH instead of pretending to play LF) -- Tier 1 first round value
NYA Gregorius (allows Rosario to be my full-time SS) -- Tier 2 first round value
CLE Alonso (allows PHI Hoskins to move to 1B and for OAK Davis to be the full-time DH) -- 3rd round value

Gregorius needs to be moved and then one of either Davis or Alonso needs to go.

So what are some things I would consider in return

* full-time 3B
* starting pitching that is an upgrade on my worst starter (currently SEA Leake)
* picks this year or next year
* combination of these things

I am prepared to hang onto these players and take Sean's winter master class in Difficult Player Usage Scenarios.
