[IBL] BAL Trade Piece

Just throwing this out there.  I know that there are some good shortstops
that are on the market.  I'd like to throw another that's available.

Elvis Andrus.

I'd pair Elvis with my #1 pick (12th overall) to move up in the draft.

If you  have interest, please let me know.  I'm sure that we have
PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENTY of time before we need to be thinking
about the draft.

Only 16 weeks until the start of the IBL season (thereabouts)

And only 18 weeks until the end of the 2018 IBL playoffs! (I kid, I
kid!....too soon?)
