[IBL] Starters fatigue in BF system

I should have clarified that this was in GRS reports of games. In other words, the starting pitcher faced 34 batters in one game, and in another 40+ batters, but no mention was made that said pitcher had ever fatigued. So they were past their BF SP Fatigue number, but under their 2x BF Rest number (the maximum allowed in order to only rest 3 days, albeit at a -8 BF fatigue penalty)
So all batters after their Starter BF fatigue rating should have been as a fatigued pitcher, correct?

> I'm not sure what you're saying here, are you talking about directions you've seen in someone's MIS? Fatigue and rest have different BF cutoffs, it seems like you're referencing them both here without making a distinction (e.g. "2x BF" only has meaning for rest rating).
