[IBL] RP Rest when Pitching Consecutive Days

In the spirit of Noel's post, making sure I am applying BF/rest correctly.

Scenario:  BF rating for RP is 6
Slash is 8/10/14/17

Day 1:  RP faces 5 batters

No rest req'd b/c has 0 slash rating of 8

Day 2:  RP faces 7 batters (fatigued after 6, faced 7th under fatigue rules)

1 day rest required b/c faced 12 batters on consecutive days, two more than
"1" slash of 10.

Notes:

1.   I am interpreting rule as if slash line of 8/10/14/17 has no effect on
in-game BF rating of 6.  In other words, fact that RP pitched to 5 batters
on Day 1 is of no import to fatigue trigger for Day 2, which remains at 6.

2.   I am interpreting as if slash line does not affect max allowable
number of batters faced on Day 2.  So the fact RP needs rest after facing
10 batters on consecutive days does not mean that he is limited to facing a
total of 10 batters on consecutive days, after which he must be removed.

The above is hypothetical, but consistent with discussions I've had with a
couple of owners over the last two weeks in coming to a common
understanding about applying the BF/rest rules.
