[IBL] NYK rebuild starter kit

Kit includes the following items:
Walker Buehler, SPMultiple 5+ WAR seasons, will be entering his age 30 season.  Regaining his previous form after returning from injury.
Casey Mize, SPAge 27, former #1 overall pick. Showed good stuff and health in his first year back from TJ.
Trevor Rogers, SPPosted 4.3 WAR / 133ip in 2021 at age 23.  He's 26 now and hasn't done much since. The Orioles cashed in a 45FV and 40FV to get him. It will be very interesting to see how they reinvent him over the offseason. 
Luis Campusano, C55FV age 26; took a step back from his 319/356/491 slash in '23. Still showed good discipline 6.7bb% 13.7k% as he dealt with injuries this season. 
Alek Thomas, CF55FV age 24; defensive wizard that has shown flashes with the bat. Couldn't stay on the field this past season.
Miguel Vargas, 3B50FV age 24; he's been banished to hell for the next 5 seasons but he should be given ample opportunity to live up to his gaudy slashes in the minors (297/412/512 in 819 PAs)
Collin Snider, RPNewly converted SP-to-RP, showing a major spike in K% and stuff+41.2 IP with a 1.94 ERA. Age 29.
Sean Hjelle, RPHe's 6'11'' and posted a 2.81 SIERA over 80.2 innings. Age 27.
