[IBL] Opening Day

Please review the card set and let Sean and me know if you see any
potential errors.
The IBL website and Almanac should also be up to date with team city and
name changes and the schedule.

If you haven't yet sent in your week 1 active roster, please do.  Just send
a list of your 10 inactive players to transactions at ibl.org.  Also please
include your week 1 home rotation.

I will be sending out a schedule for opening day shortly.
