[IBL] logging into mIRC

Hello,

I just got a new computer and I am trying to get back into the IBL IRC.
When I did it last time, either someone helped or I just stumbled onto the
the correct way to get in, but I don't recall and my "trying this or trying
that" approach isn't working very well.

Anyone familiar enough with mIRC and have a couple minutes to help me
reconfigure whatever I need to reconfigure so I can get back in?

Thanks. And on a related note, thanks to the many owners who helped me out
with many things this year and welcomed me to the league.
