[IBL] Deadline reminder

Hi all,
Just a reminder, tonight is the deadline to have all results and boxscores
through week 21 submitted.

Tomorrow night (Tuesday) at 11:59pm Pacific is the trade deadline and the
week 22 transaction deadline.

After the deadline, activations and deactivations are still allowed, but
not trades, and FA pickups will only be allowed if needed to fulfill legal
roster requirements.
