PLAYOFFS
--------
The Bowling Green Bandits advance to the next round, sweeping the
Philadelphia
Phantasm in the AC Wild Card Series by scores of 2-1, 3-2, and 5-2.
Philadelphia held late leads in the first two games but could not hold on.
Oscar Gonzalez won series MVP honors, going 7 for 12 with 4 doubles, most of
which were in key situations.  The BOW pitching staff had a 1.61 ERA and
held
PHI to a .173 batting average in the series.

In the NC Wild Card, the Southern New Hampshire Spectre advanced by edging
the
San Diego Quakes in five games, all of which were close.  Mike Trout led
the way
for SNH with nine hits, including 5 doubles and two homers.  Christian
Bethancourt hit .350 with two homers.

The AC #1 seeded Motor City Marauders have decided to face Bowling Green in
the Division Series.

The NC #1 seeded Seaside Rainiers have chosen to face Southern New
Hampshire.

This means the AC #2 seeded Williamstown Thunder will host the South
Florida
Flamingos and the NC #2 seeded Southern Kentucky Hilltoppers will host the
Canberra Redbacks.


SCHEDULE

The Division Series results will be due on Monday, November 27.

They are seven-game series with games 1, 2, 6, and 7 played at the field of
the
higher seed and games 3, 4, and 5 played at the field of the lower seed.
