[IBL] SEA Trade Flyer for contenders

Just bumping this again.  I've had some interesting discussions, and may
make some moves soon. Ideally I'd like to get trades done in the next week
if I'm going to do it.  I'm inclined towards bigger deals since I kind of
want to sell all of them or none of them.
