[IBL] MAD Really Early Trade Flier

Having watched my pitching staff in action it seems like MAD is unlikely to be a playoff contender. The following players are available in trade:

MIL Garcia
Can slide in as your full-time RFer. Looking for late 2nd / early 3rd round value.

PHI Hoskins
Your next starting 1B and power source. Looking for late 1st / early 2nd round value.

I know people are gonna say I am just pumping these guys up but literally ignore their slow starts. Both are veteran players with a history of consistent output. I'm not moving them because they are off to a crappy start, I am moving them because they are likely wasted on a team not in playoff contention.

I'm mostly interested in starting pitching prospects as my rotation is almost as old as me and I just turned 51. Can talk about other things as well.
