Lady and Gentlemen,

After 48 hours straight of talks with an agent we have final come to a
deal for the First pick of the draft.

Ownership wanted to lock this young man up for life to be a Hilltopper
and skip any possibility of arbitration in any near future.  With
Ascentives , bonuses and of course normal salary the total contract
comes to 1.2 billion dollars over 15 year.

Sky announces Julio Rodriguez as the #1 overall pick in the 2023
draft, let the chatter begin on how we broke the billion dollar
barrier.
