[IBL] Cards + Stadium Draft

Sean has posted the final updates to the card set here:

Please do a sanity check on your team's cards, park cards, and charts and
let him know right away if you see any potential issues.  This is the final
call for error corrections.

Now that there are park cards, I will plan to run the stadium draft on IRC
on Monday evening, March 29, at 10 pm Eastern, 7 pm Pacific.  If you are
interested in potentially changing your park, please let me know before
then.  If you participate in the stadium draft, you are not obligated to
change your park and are allowed to pass instead.  You may also just e-mail
me instructions if you can't attend in person.

These parks are currently available, but other parks may become available
if anyone switches:

CIN Great American Ballpark, CLE Progressive Field, COL Coors Field, NYA
Yankee Stadium, TOR Rogers Centre, WAS Nationals Park
