The updated charts (rev 2021a) are now available.  I would appreciate it if  
someone would cross-check the park cards against the park effects charts  
(page 8).

Some of you may have noticed there are "uncarded" batter/pitcher cards at  
the end of the PDFs.  These cards are based on the aggregate data from all  
the uncarded players, along with some generic ratings.  There's actually no  
mechanism for these cards to be used in the IBL, they're really for people  
who do replays of the MLB season and need to use guys we didn't give a card.


This is the final call for error corrections.  After the Commissioner  
declares the cards final I will create a version of the PDFs sorted by IBL  
rosters for those of you that prefer it for sorting purposes.
