Probably a bit late on this trade flier but in any case POR is looking for some better options in RF and another starter/utility type at 2B/SS in addition to any other overall upgrades.

Could move CHN Maybin (mainly RF) and/or OAK Kemp (mainly 2B) if can land a better upgrade. 

Also have a number of good RPs in CHN Jeffress, KC Holland, LAN Floro, NYN Familia, NYN Wilson, OAK Smith, TOR Borucki, TEX Hernandez & WAS Suero if they make sense to complete a deal.
