There are not going to be any changes to the wild plays that attempt to  
model COVID.

Keep in mind that once we have progressed beyond the point where roster  
cuts have been finalized and the draft order has been set it is difficult  
to penalize a team in the off-season.  Therefore, if we want any meaningful  
deadlines for the playoffs it is necessary to complete the whole thing  
prior to cuts/drafting.  There's nothing in the rule that prevents the  
Commissioner from setting and enforcing deadlines for individual series.
