The Constitution has a "Section 0" with all of the special rules that are  
currently in place from prior decisions by the Commissioner.  Regarding the  
above, the pertinent sections would be:


0.3.3.4   Playoff Starting Positions

The 48 start limit in section 3.3.4 is lowered to 16 games.


0.3.3.5   Playoff Eligibility, Limitations, and Restrictions

* all players are eligible for the post-season

* the 150 AB+BB/BF limitations in section 3.3.5 are lowered to 50 AB+BB/BF

* the 50 AB+BB vs LH/RH limitations in section 3.3.5 are lowered to 20 AB+BB
