[IBL] help with cards

I probably should have added that both places have order-and-pickup
options, so if you have a local one of these stores and circumstances allow
pickup, that would be the fastest and least expensive option.  I don't see
a "local delivery" option separate from shipping, so I think it's $10 to
have them mailed to you no matter how close you are to the store.
