[IBL] IBL: More thoughts on a 2020 campaign

Agreed, the number of opt out players was really not large at all. There
may be a few more UC than normal next year with opt outs plus the typical
injured guys, but I don’t see any reason to treat those 14 differently.

I would like to see a poll to figure out how we want to proceed. It seemed
like last month, a lot of people preferred to play 162 IBL games with usage
prorated to a full season. I think my big question (directed to Sean) is
could some regression be applied to the cards so make them a bit more
“normal?”

As far as a Plan B, I think the full 60 games would have to be played by
MLB to play with a fresh card set next year. I think if the season isn’t
played to completion, we can then re-visit the topic. But I say we just
move forward with the idea we’ll have a card set from this 60-game stretch.
