[IBL] GTY Trade Flier - pitching edition

To follow up on my hitter trade flier, here are pitchers that I have
available.  Same needs still apply as mentioned in the hitter flier.  I'm
open to packaging players for a better return also.

The prospect types:

*MIA Alcantara* (12 starts, 195 BF available)
52/179/87 vL
73/178/137 vR
Decent spot starter, but not playoff eligible except from the 6th inning
on.  Starting in MLB for Miami, with mixed results so far; only 23 and has
flashed great potential.

*TOR Reid-Foley* (14 starts, 200 BF available)
67/179/146 vL
91/167/164 vR
Another spot starter, decent K's but otherwise a mediocre card.  In AAA for
the Jays right now, only 23, with potential as a SP or great RP.

*STL Gomber* (46/22 starts, 346 BF available)
113/156/159 vL
115/171/172 vR
Mediocre card, spot starter or back of the pen.  Having a nice year in AAA
with 10+ K/9 so far and may get a call up given the state of the Cards'
rotation; chance to turn into a good #3 guy.

*LAA Barria* (45 starts, 554 BF available)
91/132/39 vL
106/166/180 vR
Nice card vL, mediocre vR, decent 3rd-4th starter with Vg/-2 hold.  Only 22
years old and just got called up by the Angels.


Starting Pitchers:

*LAA Skaggs* (43 starts, 573 BF available)
109/124/170 vL
121/163/179 vR
27 year old with a #3-#4 starter card that is having his usual decent
season in MLB.

*CHN Lester* (56 starts, 816 BF available)
104/151/175 vL
105/144/165 vR
Good #2-#3 SP, durable, 9/E defense, Fr/-2/2 hold/pick, and having a nice
year in MLB so far, with fewer and more  K's per 9, and the stolen base
issues are over.


The Relievers:

*HOU Sipp* (103 games, 183 BF available)
60/107/96 vL
77/131/136 vR
Lefty that's a little older, but *zero* deep fly numbers, 150+ K's both
sides, F range, and Vg/-1 hold.

*LAA Alvarez* (145 games, 317 BF available)
77/110/112 vL
90/136/123 vR
Another lefty with a good card, only 5 DF vL, 0 vR, 100+ K's each side,
good HG ranges.

*SF Watson* (134 games, 302 BF available)
83/83/96 vL
78/81/98 vR
Top notch card with only 7 DF vR, a ton of K's, only 3 BB vR, durable, C
range, and a Vg hold.
