[IBL] GTY trade flier - hitter version

All,

Despite my current playoff positioning (my team isn't that good), I'm still
looking at the future in terms of seriously competing as I try to build a
younger core. If I can't deal guys and I stay in the playoff hunt, then
I'll probably make moves to add, but for now I'm looking at potentially
dealing the following guys - some with really nice cards and some with
"growth potential". I have a lot of position-versatile guys next year, so
things are going to be in flux as the MLB season progresses, but this is
how it looks right now.

I'm looking to build for next year (and beyond). I'll definitely need a
new shortstop of the present (and future), I'll need a catcher since Mejia
is struggling, and maybe a center fielder depending on which of my second
basemen and Herrera/Brinson move, and probably a right fielder than can hit
lefties (although Merrifield could probably do that and DJ/Profar could
play 2B).

If you are interested in anyone and think we match up in a trade, catch me
on irc this weekend or email. Tomorrow night you'll probably see a
"pitcher version" flier.

*The Second Basemen*
I'm going to have what you might call "too many" 2B-eligible players next
year. I like them all, so it sucks, but I'm probably going to have to deal
at least one.
*KC Merrifield, Whit* - Nope. He's staying right here as he'll likely bat
second and play 2B and lots of CF for me next year. Unless you want to pay
at least a top 15 #1, in which case, let me know.
*COL (now NYA) LeMahieu, DJ* - Awesome card vL, decent vR, 9/D defense,
2/6/0 run-steal-jump, and Av/Av power. He'll have 2B & 3B full-time
eligibility in 2020, and is on fire in NYA. He'll be tough get, but I'm
open to offers.
*TEX (now OAK) Profar, Jurickson* - Nice card against both sides, F at 3b,
D at 1b, low HG, low K's, Vg power vR, and 3/10/0 run-jump-steal. I still
believe, as he's hit .254/.342/.507 in May in MLB. Only a great offer will
get him.
*CHN Russell, Addison* - I used to be a fanboy. I hate what he did, and it
earned him a possible 40 game suspension in IBL (on next year's card too).
But, we all know in this league you can't just waive an asset. He needs to
hit more, but he's only 25 and a great defender in MLB. I'll listen to
offers.

*HOU Kemp, Tony (LF/CF/2b/rf)*
115/175/164 vL
113/191/182 vR
290 PA's to 133%, so you can get another 70 full games or use him after the
5th and get him in every game.
Great hitting card 1/9/1 run-steal-jump, bunts 69/Vg/3, and great defense
to boot with 9/D/0 in LF (and rf as a fill in/late sub), only 27 years old.
In MLB, part time CF/LF right now, and hitting much better lately to bring
his slash line up to a hair above MLB average.

*PHI Herrera, Odubel (CF/rf/lf)*
133/145/191 vL
106/128/170 vR
651 PA's to 133%, so you can lead him off every game if you want to.
Really nice card, especially vs. lefties. Minimal HG, 7/F/-1 defense in
the corners, Vg power vR, and 2/5/0 run-steal-jump, very durable.
Having a rough time in MLB right now, but he's always been very streaky - I
have no doubt he'll turn it around, get hot for 20 games, and be right back
to his norms.

*CHN Happ, Ian (CF/LF/RF/3b/1b/2b)*
Why bother with splits, right?
269 PA's to 75%, so you can get him 65 full games and park him.
Average defense in LF/RF with 7/F/0, nice OBP against righties, 3/8/0
run-steal-jump, and durable.
His card is not great, and he's in MiLB right now. He's a project. He's
only 24 but trade-able because I have Pinder/Frazier in LF,
Herrera/Merrifield in CF, and Soler/Merrifield in RF.

*MIA Brinson, Lewis (CF/lf/rf)*
Why bother with splits, right?
229 PA's to 75%.
A little power (Av/Av) vs. both, and good range in the corners. Low HG.
Yeah, that's about all the nice things I can say about this card. He's
still a great prospect.
His card is not great, and he's in MiLB right now. He's a project. He's
only 25 trade-able because I have Pinder/Frazier in LF, Herrera/Merrifield
in CF, and Soler/Merrifield in RF.

*SF Longoria, Evan (3B)*
103/106/192 vL
105/112/185 vR
Vg power vL, low-ish K's, low HG, and won't kill you on the bases. Solid
card if you need a 3B or a decent bench bat.
He's somewhat below average in MLB now. But he's 2 of 2 on stolen bases!
Not looking for a ton here, just something reasonable and fair to both of
us.

Thanks,
