[IBL] Commissioner's edit: 3.6.1 Out of Position Ratings

Hi Sean,

Can you clarify what the Outfielder ratings in italics are for on some cards? Are they meant as a replacement for these Out Of Position Ratings? Do they mean a player with italicized ratings can be used *before* an emergency, but not in a situation that would use a start? (I’m presuming italicized ratings are for positions where the player had no games played)

Thanks,

Noel

The intention of this rule has always been for the players playing severely out of position to receive the lowest possible rating, however it was never updated after the introduction of KK range to the charts.
