[IBL] Stadium Draft Information

It's that time of year and well since I am back, I am running the stadium draft once again.  If you enter the draft, it doesn't mean you have to switch stadiums.  Also you have to be in your stadium 3 years before you can switch again (unless you are a brand new owner).

Please email me by 8 AM (Eastern) on March 19th if you want to enter.  I plan holding the draft March 21 at 8 PM Eastern on IRC.  On March 19th afternoon I will send out official list of all teams entering the draft.
