Thanks everyone for sending in roster cuts before the deadline.

I only received two usage appeals, by SFP for OAK Barreto and PIT Stallings.
The appeal for OAK Barreto is upheld -- he only missed 75% by 1 PA, and
confusion about which MIS to use in week 23 prevented him from getting it.
The appeal for PIT Stallings is denied -- he came up well short (27 PA) and
he was added to the MIS too late to get usage in most of the late series.
So Barreto can be retained but Stallings becomes a FA.

We'll start working on updating everyone's roster and updating player team
designations.

Retrosheet just posted their 2019 stats update, so I can start working on
the stats spreadsheet and free agent list for the draft.  I'll keep you
posted.
