[IBL] week 14 active injuries

Off days are ignored for DTD purposes during the regular season.  If a player’s injury ends on an off day the DTD roll is still required prior to the next scheduled game. This is why Lester has a DTD roll listed for week 14.

If a player was listed DTD during the previous week and was inactive then no DTD roll is necessary. If a player is listed as being DTD during the current week then that player must make the DTD roll before he can play.
