The preferred method of payment is to use PayPal (send to sweda at ibl.org).   
If you use a credit card make sure to add a little extra to cover the fee.   
If you prefer to send a check let me know and I'll send you the address.   
If you intend to use payment from a previous season to carry over to this  
year you need to let me know.
