[IBL] NJR Trade Flyer Update

NJR has added a few more players to its trade flyer with the deadline
approaching:

MIA Barraclough: Outside of the BBs, an outstanding relief option.
32/109/40 vs RHB and 42/150/50 vs LHB

PHI Neris: Good relief option if you're in a pitcher's park. 65/113/115 vs
RHB and 68/115/112 vs LHB

KC Butera: Not a ton of future value, but has a very good hitting card this
year for a playoff contender looking for a backup catcher upgrade.
133/156/238 vs RHP. He doesn't have enough PAs to start, but he is
unlimited vs. RHP after the 6th inning.

Below are the guys already listed in the earlier flyer. All remain
available.

TB Forsythe: Good option for someone needing a 2B upgrade. 121/167/216 vs.
LHP and 116/168/199 vs. RHP. In MLB17, he has mashed LHP and is FT at 2B
and 3B next year, so some future value here.

STL GarciaG.: Great on-base utility guy, 124/228/162 vs. RHP. He's
playoff-eligible at 2B, SS and 3B and fields decently at all 3 positions.

KC Kennedy: Good option for playoff contender playing in a pitcher's park.
72/127159 vs. LHB, 97/129/182 vs. RHB. Good card if you can look past the
deep flies. Can be a back of the rotation guy in IBL 2018.

Needs remain mostly the same:
FT 1st base for next year
FT right field for next year
Starting pitching
RH corner outfielder
