[IBL] PAD (Again) Needs New Owner

As you folks might have gathered, Ryan Blosser has withdrawn from PAD and the IBL.  This means that PAD is again looking for a new owner.  I’ve been trying to run it in “maintain mode” the last couple weeks (which included making what I saw as needed-to-be-made trades), but as the same issue that I simply don’t have the time and energy (and, more fatal for an IBL team, the ability to follow baseball as much as I used to) any more continues to exist, so I cannot take PAD back as its owner.

If anyone knows anyone who may be interested, please have them talk with Rusty and Sean to see if he/she might be a good fit for PAD.  Please also free to ask me questions if you/he/she has specific questions.
