[IBL] SDQ away for 3 weeks, need help to cover weeks 16, 17, 18 as am away

Hello,

I'm away with limited to no email for weeks 16, 17 and 18.

I could, with CAN's permission and week 16 MIS, get week 16 CAN @ SDQ
series done, however, that would only be if ok with CAN.

SDQ MIS will be uploaded and indicative rotation and transactions (if any).
