[IBL] Lester

Since there seems to be quite a few teams looking for starting pitching,
and I'm pretty much in rebuilding mode anyway having already dealt Cueto, I
will listen to offers for CHN Lester if anyone is interested.

I am looking for draft picks and high-potential prospects/young major
leaguers.  RF and C are areas of need, and I'll need to re-stock my SP and
find a CF if I deal PHI Herrera.

I am also still looking to deal BAL Davis, and possibly PHI Herrera and/or
TB Longoria, as well as RP's - PIT Watson, TB Cedeno, OAK Smith, TEX
