Since this is the off week, I will allow extra time for people to finish
their week 15 series.  However, incentive point penalties will definitely
be applied if they are not sent in by the end of the off week (Monday).


OWNERSHIP UPDATE
----------------
Rob Lennon is taking over the day-to-day operations of EDG.  He was already
the owner/GM, but did not handle the on field management.  That arrangement
was not working well, as EDG fell several weeks behind in sending in
results.

With help from opponents and caretakers playing some series, EDG is now
caught up.  And with Rob taking responsibility for playing games moving
forward, EDG should now be in good shape for the rest of the year.

Since EDG was so far behind and Rob was mostly inactive in the first half,
we are enforcing the four week waiting period before trades with EDG may be
sent in.  Feel free to have trade discussions with Rob in the meantime.


SCHEDULE
--------
This week is the All Star break, and is a real life week off.
All results and boxscores through week 15 must be in by the end of the off
week (July 25) to avoid penalties.

After the week off:

Week 16 results due:       Monday, August 1
Week 17 transactions due:  Tuesday, August 2

DTD injuries are reset over the All Star break.  Anyone who was DTD entering
week 16 is okay to play without needing to roll a DTD check.
