[IBL] All Star Nomination

Hi all,

In compiling the all-star ballots, I realized one thing - I wasn't
accounting for players that got traded for their stats if they were traded
within the same conference.  Please take the time to let me know (tonight
if you can) if you acquired a player that you nominated for the all-star
game from another team in your conference during the current IBL season.
