[IBL] EDG has surplus of SS and needs to move one

EDG finds itself with too many games at SS, and just coming up short on a few other positions. ARI Ahmed and PHI Galvis are available if your team needs SS at bats. Both should have strong gloves at SS. Ahmed actually has an OPS of .803 vs LHP.
