[IBL] SF Duvall, IBL player of the week for week 27

In a case to make the SDQ 2016 roster, Adam Duvall decided to have a
monster week.  He entered week 27 with an .090 average, and then put up the
following numbers:

3 games plays (2 starts), 5-9, 5 HR (yes, 5 HR), 14 RBI.  His HR included a
walk-off 3 run HR off LAA Smith and a Grand Slam vs Dillon Gee.
