OPENING DAY
---------------------
Opening Day is here!  It's that time of year when optimism reigns supreme
and every team is a contender!

Send your active 25-man roster, if you haven't already, and your week one
home rotation.

Please remember to upload a default MIS to Dropbox.  There is a -1
incentive point penalty each week if you are late providing one.

Also remember to pay your league dues.  It's only $5 and is important for
the league as the money is used to pay for server and domain costs.
Consider paying for more than one year at a time so you don't have to worry
about it again for a while.

DEADLINES

Remember, results are due every Monday night at midnight Pacific time.
Send them to results at ibl.org and your opponent.

Transaction deadline is every Tuesday night at midnight Pacific time.
Include transactions in your GRS/mini-GRS, or send them separately to
transactions at ibl.org.
