[IBL] Kuroda and Soria available

Now that everyone has their cards...and has evaluated their teams...and
found some things they don't like...

NYA Kuroda and DET Soria are available for teams looking to bolster
their pitching staffs. Looking for 3rd round value for either one.

MAD is deep into retooling so keep that in mind when making offers. I am
not averse to considering other offers that help me build the next
playoff-bound Madness team. There are only a few untouchables (I'm
pretty sure you can figure them out) but I am definitely in a position
to take some chances should the right opportunity come up.
