[IBL] IBL walk leader is on the trading block

Are you looking to make that jump from good team to great team, but missing that spark plug?  That guys who strikes terror on the base paths?   
HOU Fowler is officially on the trading block, he has been atop the leader board for walks since week 1, and has steadily been an on base machine for the Cannons. However, despite the 38-28 record, EDG is realizing that we need to continue their youth movement. Fowler can make an immediate impact on a true pennant contender. 
Here are some highlights of Fowler 's card:- 137/236/193 VsL. No HG chances and 99 BB chances- 114/199/164 VsR. 85 HB/BB chances- A 5 rated baserunning- A 9 rated base stealer- Plenty of usage left. Approximately 350-360 pa still left before 133%  Only about 60 pa left for 75%
Fowler is currently the full time CF for the Cubs, and should also have a good on base card next year. He is currently fourth in the NL in runs scored, tied for 2nd in triples. 
I am looking for youth. Specifically, at 2b and SS. Or, I'll take draft picks. If interested, please drop me you thoughts. I'll weigh all options before making a choice. Thanks!
