[IBL] Transactions thru today

Personally, I created a draft pick value chart (basically an IBL-version of
a pick value chart NFL and NBA teams use to trade picks) to help make
decision on pick-for-pick trades and the trade above doesn't add up on the
chart.

At the same time, Brent brought up a point I hadn't considered. A pick is
only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. If Greg's offer was the
only one Doug received, then his options are a) accept the trade or b) let
the picks go to waste. That sort of changes everything. If were higher
valued picks, it'd be a bigger issue honestly.
