RESULTS
-------
I apologize for the late newsletter.  There were several owners
requesting extensions, so I decided to allow an extra week to get all
the final results in.  As of press time, there is only one result
missing (Week 27 NJR at COU).


PLAYOFFS
--------
The playoff seeding has been decided and is unaffected by the missing
results, so the Wild Card round can start.

In the AC, Williamstown is the #1 seeded Wild Card team so will host
games 1, 2, and 5 of the best-of-5 series, using playoff schedule B.
They will face Monrovia.

In the NC, Oaksterdam will host games 1, 2, and 5 against Seattle,
using playoff Schedule A.

I will update it with the teams shortly and attempt to keep it
current as the playoffs progress.


ACHIEVEMENTS
------------
I will send out the statistical leaders once the statistics are final,
but as Chris pointed out, it appears that Miguel Cabrera has won the
Triple Crown in the AC, with a .347 average, 49 homers, and 136 RBI.
In fact, he led the entire IBL in all three categories.


PLAYER RELEASES
---------------
You may now send in player releases.  You may release any player
from now until November 30.  Any player who came up short of 75% or
exceeded 133% usage will be automatically released, but to make
things a little easier for the registrar, you should include them
in your list anyway.  Send your releases to transactions at ibl.org.


USAGE APPEALS
-------------
If you have any players who came up short of 75% usage or exceeded
133%, but you have an argument why you should be allowed to keep
the player, you may send me your appeals now.


2015 DRAFT
----------
By the end of the month, we will hold the draft lottery to
determine draft order.  I also plan to send out a spreadsheet of
draftable players with their stats, once player releases have been
finalized.  Teams may begin to make their draft selections on
December 1.


TRADES
------
No trades are allowed until December 1.  During November, only
player releases will be processed.
