[IBL] WMS's continuing trade saga

WMS's roster is getting closer to where I want it to be, but there's 
still a little tweaking to be done.

Ideally I'd like to move the following two players

TB Joyce
TB Lobaton

Out of moving those 2 players, I'd like to get a full time 1b (pref RH, 
but I can deal with a LH who doesn't suck against LHP) and an open 
roster spot (either from combining the two in a deal or trading for a 
pick).
