uploaded version 2014c

- corrected Citi Field fence height
- changed 0-199 ! play with runners on to reference "Prone*" rather than W-WP (so we can get rid of W-WP in the future)
- updated some ! plays so they also work with the new rest/fatigue rules (2014b)

please let me know if there's anything else that needs to be corrected/clarified

also, please read thru the advanced rest/fatigue rules and let me know if they are clear
