[IBL] pitcher rest question

Under the old PtP rules if you pitch 2.0 IP you cannot pitch more than two consecutive days.  Having pitched the previous day makes 2 consecutive days -- thus the pitcher must rest.  There is no other allowable interpretation, as it would go against 20+ years of precedent.
