[IBL] Replay

I can see this one of two ways ... Either as wild plays or as nothing ... All the replay does is confirm the result of a play ... Though could have some amusing alternatives such as each manager is allowed one re-roll per game, and can decide if it is for them or the opposition. Not the easiest via MIS but an amusing option.  Personally I go for the easy approach and just say ignore it.
