[IBL] emergency activation questions

Here's the problem with that, though, in my opinion.  I read it as
replacing to mean having a "2nd player available at that position" by
activating another player, "so long as that transaction allows the team to
fulfill legal roster requirements".  I did that by activating ARI Nieves
(giving me 2 active catchers that are "healthy" per your answer to my
question about DTD players), and deactivating MIA Marisnick (which still
allows me to fulfill legal roster requirements as 4.1.1 states).

4.1.1 itself says I'm not required to replace an injured player (Mauer),
which I didn't want to do because of the short duration of his injury.
Thus my (perhaps misguided) interpretation that it was OK to deactivate
someone else and activate ARI Nieves.
